Oh brother.....i am sooo tired. Still catching up on missed sleep. I'd kill for a sound 8 or 9 hours.

University started back yesterday........just love politcal science NOT!! Actually, its not too bad yet, just very time consuming with research and the amounts of reading...and i thought psychology subjects were full on.

I see today the funeral for the young lad impailed on the fence last week is being held. Much debate surrounds the issue of his father and 3 other relatives who are all serving time for various crimes and wether they should be allowed to attend the funeral.
I can't imagine the sheer hell and pain of not being able to attend my own kids funeral. However i am not serving time for robbery or grevious bodily harm either.
Lets be real here, these people committed crimes which is why they are in jail. I just don't see where giving this case so much publicity ( and i am just as bad) is really warranted. Do we question why Joe Bloggs serving time for armed robbery is allowed to go to his kids funeral??? It happens every day to people. But we don't speak about it or publicise it.
How much time did this boy's relatives..father included, spend in his life?? Did they provide love for him?? Were they positive role models??
If any of these people were a major force in the kids life then perhaps a heavily garded police and security escort should have been provided so as they were able to attend.
Well....i am not going to comment anymore on this issue.
