Bowling for Justice

Like him or hate him, film maker Michael Moore has had a libel and defamation lawsuit against him thrown out by a Federal Court Judge. The suit was filed by James Nichols, brother of nutter Oaklahoma bombing conspiritor Terry Nichols.
Hehehehe, James Nichols claimed the movie gave him distress and invaded his privacy. OMG, apart from Charlton Hestons claim to fame in this movie, who could forget James Nichols....that guy freaked the living crap outta me and i deal with nutjobs on a weekly basis.
