Why is it that some moron can be charged with 72 counts of wilful damage to an electronic pedestrian crossing ( TB, Jan 8th ), no minor feat in its own right mind you, yet the issue of domestic violence in this fair city is running rampant.
Whilst this idiot needs punishing the protection and welfare of women and children surely deserves more attention than it is currently receiving.
