Ever wonder what you would do if the day contained 36 hours instead of 24?? Ok, so shows like "24" would be called "36"....no biggie, infact i think i could stand watching Keifffer Sutherland an extra few episodes!!!
I ask because for a number of years now......i think 8, i have been running out of time to do things. I know, its just a coincedence "A" is 8, but i tell you.....the last few years especially.......i need an extra 6 to 8 hrs in my day. "R" does too. Infact he needs the full 12. He has worked 7 days a week forthe last 5 weeks, he needs a good sleep in, as do i. Our gardens are lush and green, i am managing to keep the water up to them, thank god for our well otherwise we'd never be able to afford to keep it so beautiful. Many of the 250 houses here have let their gardens go because they don't have the luxury of well water or boer water. I know last year, i went a little mental with the water...."A" was having half an hour showers...we emptied the pool and refilled it, so town water was being used as much as our well water.............UNTIL....i got the warning in the mail....."you keep using town water like you are, in another 6 months you'll owe 750.00...............yikes!!!!! Me being the master of "cut backs" quickly went into action and we ended up with a bill for $11 !! With a lovely lush garden as well. Living on sand, the water just drains so easily....although, roses etc don't do too well here. Niether do vegies...LOL i found it out the hard way.
So, a beautiful green garden have i, but............it needs pruning....raking....weeding.........its going to be a long process........."R" needs to take 3 days off to do it all...............i can't do half the things......so he has to do it.
Then there is the house work, "A" is in her last week of hols...........so i have been entertaining her......then there is my Uni papers.........i sent one off today to be marked. I aint confident, i always find little things i know i should fix......but they take so much out of me to write them...i am always pressed for time and i need peace and quiet to write; something that isn't available here at the moment. I am definately a morning person...............nights are for relaxing.....so writing is out of the question then.
Oh yeah...........WORK!! OOOPS.....i forgot about work....LOL. i got "employee of the month" this month.........my bossess way of saying...."sorry for lumping you with all these new matters"........LOL....i am right aren't i chief!!!!!! Well, today i have not looked at anything "criminal".........however tomorrow........i shall be writing bout all things criminal..LOL. There are some kids things happening here at the beach tommorrow so i will walk with "A" down there and see if there is anything of interest in the afternoon.
Ok.....thats it for me.............i am off to squeeze some more time out of my day :)
