It's My Birthday and I'll Cry If I Want To!!

Yes folks it was my birthday yesterday, and whilst many comments ( which i apprieciate) were very complimentary through my day, i think i felt 82 not 42!
Firstly...GEL & MAGZ, thanks so much for your thoughtfulness, i adored the cards!!
I had my day all planned out the day before. I had organised myself the day off, so "A" who is still on holidays from school this week, cold go out for lunch, see a movie, get a little retail therapy in.....UNTIL......my phone rings and i am called into court first thing in the morning...i could have refused and thrown eveything into chaos,i could have let someone else take my matter, but silly me said yes lets get it over and done with, heh, with the promise of a birthday cake by one of the head prosecutors..LOL.
My clients, 2 little boys....omg..these kids drained the very fibre of my being out of me. 2 bart simpsons....cheeky, rude and loud! I was shitting my self at them having to give evidence....wtf would they say to the Judge? 2 loose cannons. Fortunately by 12.30pm, the defendant was convinced to take a guilty plea, and i didn't have to endure these 2 harass the Judge and jury.
Still, it ate into my day and by the time i ended up home, it was 2pm. i had massive headache was dying for lunch and a huuuuuuuuuuuuge coffee!!
Still, i was home with "A", who incidently made me some wonderful birthday cards,picked some beautiful flowers and gave me lots of cuddles...my precious darling girl :) so the day panned ok after all.
We are however, when i get off here, are off to do today what we didn't do yesterday!
