Backing up Outlook Express

Posting this with the hope that someone out there can assist me. I am wanting to "backup" all the folders in my Outlook Express. I know, and have done backed up my address book there, however backing up the folders is proving to be very difficult. I basically want to back them up on to a memory stick.

Anyone have any the answer?? I'd be ever so grateful :o)
