12 YOLD LOCKED IN A CAGE

Where is the justice for this kid?? Behavioural problems or not, is NO excuse to lock a Perth, 12 yold disabled boy in a cage at school. Not up on my Western Australian law however in Queensland one can be charged with torture.
I will wait with baited breath to hear the education depts spin on this. I wonder if the principal & teacher involved are "shakin in their shoes".
