INDEPENDENCE DECIDE FOR YOURSELF, EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE.
A SWISS taxpayer who racked up 64,053 Swiss francs ($65,000) in phone bills for psychiatric counselling and then tried to declare the sum as an expense had her case thrown out by the country's supreme court.
Although some health charges are tax-deductible in Switzerland, the Federal Tribunal dismissed the woman's appeal against the Bern regional tax authorities in a ruling revealed Tuesday, and said the telephone counselling was "completely unsuitable" for her.
The court found that the huge bill from a surcharged telephone counselling line in less than a year was "beyond any reasonable bounds".
On top of that, the judges ruled that the phone sessions were not at all the right thing to treat the plaintiff's psychiatric problems.
She was also ordered to pay 1,000 Swiss francs in court costs.
I CAN'T EVEN COMMENT ON THIS ONE!!!!
