Tragedy

Asad and probably an unforgetable referrral i was given today. A young intellectually disabled man has been acused of stabbing his mother to death.
Upon interviewing the father, it was easy to see how torn, shattered and confused he was. His love for his son obvious, the pain from the loss of his wife.....obvious. The son has never been in trouble before, and the family a happy one.
Of course evaluations and assesments must be made on the young man. But, imagine the pain his father and the rest of the family are going through. To lose your partner and now the uncertainty of what will happen to the son. Tragic.
