THREE STRIKES YOUR OUT FOR PUBS!

In the wake of the death of aussie cricketer & coach David Hookes, a new "three strikes your out" rule is being debated (TB 21.01.2004).
It is thought that after three assaults occuring in the one pub or nightclub then it should be forced to close down. There are many pro's and con's for its introduction.

My personal feeling is that no matter where alcohol is, you''ll always find the threat of violence, wether it being a nightclub or backyard bbq.
