Lazy Sunday

Funny, the weather here has been so unpredictable these last few days. Hard to believe we've had nearly a foot of rain in the last 4 days; going by these photo's you'd all call me a liar! Tranquil, calm and sunny was the order of the day. Even though my foot was killing me, i still wanted to go into town to the farmers markets as i hadn't been for ages. So we headed off and had a wonderful lazy breakfast in town, rumaged through my favorite bookstore, found some treasures,bought some home grown produce, dined on lemonade jelly beans and headed off to watch the dragon boats/kayak's at the beach in town. They were all getting some much needed practice in, next weekend plays host to the outrigger championships. You can't believe how peaceful it is just sitting sipping a cool drink under the palms...................i never want to go back to work!!
