Just to Clarify

Hi everyone. Firstly let me thankyou for your contributions to the post below. I just wanted to clarify a few points raised in the comments.
Firstly, the 3 million is going to the 2 men that survived. It is being paid by the media, the men will sell their story to them, it is NOT being paid by the mining company or government. The men will recieve a compensation payment from the mining company, and dependant on the findings of who is responsible, another payment from the courts.
